Because this information relates to bodily habits and functions, it is considered health data under GDPR and is treated as sensitive personal data. Free-text notes may contain any information you choose to write, including health-related information.

This data is collected via Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics.

We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

  • Google Analytics & Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
  • AdMob — advertising

We do not store payment card information. All payments are processed directly by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are applied, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the security measures implemented by our service providers.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

B2B Usage

If you access the app using a physiotherapist's code:

  • The professional does not receive access to your personal data or individual logs.
  • They may receive only anonymous, aggregated usage information.

Nikola Cywinska remains the data controller at all times.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
