BladderHealth is a wellness and habit-tracking platform designed to support personal organization and engagement. By accessing or using BladderHealth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

BladderHealth is a wellness and habit-tracking platform designed to support personal organization and engagement.

BladderHealth:

  • Is not a medical device
  • Does not provide medical advice
  • Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition
  • Is not a substitute for professional medical advice

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

By using BladderHealth, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. B2C Subscriptions

BladderHealth offers:

  • A free version (which includes advertisements and limited features)
  • Paid subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and occasionally lifetime offers)

Subscription pricing may vary by country and platform. All payments are processed exclusively through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

We do not collect or store payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple and Google policies.

5. Advertisements

The free version of BladderHealth may display advertisements provided by third parties (e.g., AdMob).

Paid subscriptions remove advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements.

6. Professional (B2B) White-Label Access

BladderHealth may offer professional subscriptions for physiotherapists and wellness professionals ("Professional Accounts").

Professional access may include:

  • Limited branding customization (e.g., logo, visual identity)
  • Distribution of access codes to clients
  • Use of the Service during an active subscription period

Important terms:

  • Professionals do not own the software or technology.
  • All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Nikola Cywinska.
  • Branding rights are conditional upon an active subscription.
  • Upon cancellation or non-payment, branding access terminates at the end of the paid period.

Professional pricing and billing terms may be defined in separate agreements or order forms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue professional access at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, technology, trademarks, branding, and design elements related to BladderHealth are owned exclusively by Nikola Cywinska.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Reverse engineer
  • Decompile
  • Resell
  • Create derivative works
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt Service functionality
  • Use automated scripts, scraping, or bots

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Availability of Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Specific uptime levels

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BladderHealth shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Lost profits
  • Decisions made based on information provided in the app

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BladderHealth in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect the integrity of the Service

For Professional Accounts, access continues until the end of the paid subscription period.

12. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using BladderHealth, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with that policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will notify users within the app or by email.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
